Kitty  is certified to teach the following parenting courses both in individual and group settings:

Love and Logic

– This program teaches techniques for raising self-confident, motivated children who are ready for the real world. Love and Logic provides loving, yet powerful tools for parenting children of all ages.

Nurturing Parenting

– This program is family centered, trauma-informed, designed to build nurturing parenting skills as an alternative to abusive and neglecting parenting and child-rearing practices.

Evidence-Based Parenting: Raising Children to Thrive

– This course, by Dr. Justin Coulson, asks parents to look inward, to themselves, to see how to better manage self-care and to learn how to both recognize and regulate the intense emotions they experience when their children’s behavior is challenging.
