Are you separated and having a hard time navigating parenting in two different households? This is the group for you. Figuring out how to be the best parents for your kids even if you don't get along too well. Tips and discussion for anyone navigating co-parenthood.

Parenting challenging kids (toddler - elementary school)
Parenting is the hardest thing you will ever do. Join other parents in finding new strategies to be the best parents you can be as well as making the world an easier place for your kiddo.

Parenting challenging kids (middle school)
Middle school can seem like an alien planet! Learn coping techniques that will help you peek into their world and help you understand how they think and help you communicate better with your tween.

How to talk to your teenager
Teens have a unique way of communicating or not communicating that can sometimes seem frustrating. Learn ways to talk to your teen and improve your relationship.

Leaving a relationship is one of the most stressful things that you will experience. We will discuss; how to know when its time to leave a relationship, what do I do now, I don't know how to be alone and much more!

Grief comes in many forms and every form of it is difficult. This is a group that will explore together how to learn to move on and start to mend your broken heart.

How do I start dating again!
Do you find yourself single and think that you are ready to start dating again? This group will help you navigate the complexity of dating after other relationships.

These groups allow children to explore social and emotional values with kids that are age appropriate.

Teenage anxiety
Geared towards high school students, this group helps teens navigate anxiety and find coping techniques that allow them to feel more confident.
