In the counseling room, she strives to make each client feel heard, understood and accepted, working collaboratively to set goals. With a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach and using primarily cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy interventions, she has experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, ODD, OCD, life transitions and stress, parenting, relationship concerns and changes, self-esteem, grief and trauma.
