Therapy Services
Comprehensive care designed to support the mental health and well-being of children and families
Individual Based Therapy
Oak Tree Child and Family Services provides Individual Therapy for children, teens and adults. These services give individuals the opportunity to confidentially talk through problems or situations with one of our therapists. Each session is tailored to meet your needs. Individual therapy equips individuals with the tools needed to cope with their challenges more appropriately.

Group Based Therapy
Oak Tree Child and Family Services provides Group Therapy for children and adults. Group Therapy consists of a small group of participants who often share their challenges with each other and are led by our therapists. This gives the opportunity for individuals to share experiences with each other, provide feedback, and problem solve together. Group Therapy is a great way to get started in your therapeutic journey.

Play Based Therapy
Oak Tree Child and Family services provides Play Based Therapy to clients allowing them free and spontaneous expression through natural play. Our therapists use play-based therapy to help their clients explore social and emotional behaviors, develop skills, improve regulation, and address behavioral challenges.

Family Based Therapy
Oak Tree Child and Family Services provides Family Therapy to help improve the relationships among family members. Family Therapy can consist of many different combinations of loved ones, such as: parents/guardians and their children, siblings, grandparents, aunts and uncles, friends, kinship caregivers, etc.

Art Based Therapy
Oak Tree Child and Family Services provides Art based Therapy to give our clients an outlet for expressing themselves through painting, drawing, and various other art forms. This service allows a client to explore their emotions, understand conflicts or feelings that may be causing them distress, and provide them an opportunity to find resolutions to their challenges.

Nature Based Therapy
Oak Tree Child and Family Services provides Nature Based Therapy at our 12-acre wooded Little Oaks Campus, which features wooded trails, gardens, obstacle courses, outdoor sensory and art experiences, and nature based play. These settings are intentionally designed to foster emotional regulation, social-emotional growth, and experiential learning, providing a nurturing environment where clients can engage with the natural world to support their therapeutic journey.
